If you have any trouble registering contact through support page.
STEP 2: Login Your login information will be mailed to you as soon as your payment will be verified.Access to your account with those information.If you can't recall your password, click on "Forgot password" link right below the login box.
STEP 3: Enjoy dramas You are all set to watch our high quality dramas.Pick your favorite dramas and enjoy.

2. I am having trouble registering, what Should I do?
a) Make sure you have completed all of the required fields on the registration form and are using a valid e-mail.
b) Make sure that your “cookies” are enabled. “Cookies” allow LiveNatok to keep track of your e-mail, password and most recent connection speed so that you do not have to sign-in every time. In order to enable cookies on your browser, please follow the instructions below. 3. What is Pay Per Dramaw? How does it work?
A: This is a subscription for a single drama. This option suits best for those users who want to watch any specific drama instead of going for unlimited drama option. To pick a drama for pay per drama, click on the "Register" link from homepage, select the drama from the next page after subscription pick up and go through the payment procedure and collect the id:pass.Then go to drama page (where all the dramas are listed;you can use search to generate the list too) and click on "Play" link for the chosen drama. Enjoy the drama.

4. I want to cancel the subscription in the middle of the month, is there any refund?
A: Yes, refund it only available for subscriptions for a month or longer.For monthly subscription, if the user notify us to calcel within 3 days, $2.99 will be deducted from his/her monthly charge and rest of it will be refunded.That's why we recommend you to go for trial subscription if you are not sure about what you exactly want.There will be no refund for pay-per-view users.

5. How fast should my connection be to watch dramas?
A: The minimum streaming rate for dramas is about 400 Kbit.So, a constant download speed of 450 Kbit or above will make your streaming smooth throughout the whole drama. We strongly recommend you to close all the bandwidth consuming programs while watching the drama.

6. I have stream buffering sometimes. Why?
A: It depends on both our streaming server and your connection speed. To ensure enough bandwidth for each user we monitor our bandwidth so often, so it's very unlikely that the problem is from our side. Most probably it's your connection which doesn't meet our minimum bandwidth requirement( see the above question ).For cable users it can be an issue bacause the connection speed varies by a big factor in cable broadband sometimes.DSL is dedicated line and it's less likely to experience buffering problem with dsl.We would suggest you to try watching the drama when you have a higher chance of getting a good conenction speed.

7. Why only music is not seperate package?
A: We don't think our music collection is enriched enough to make a seperate package for them. In near future we are going to add lots of other albums and we will definitely make a package for music only.

8. I paid for the subscription, still LiveNatok is showing invalid subscription. Why?
A: Most probably you forgot to click on "return to merchant" button after you had completed your payment. Without it, subscription status doesn't change in our database instantly.Please contact customer service from the contact us page.Mention your user name in that mail. Your account will be activated as soon as possible.Please make sure you return to our website by clicking that button when you will make any payment in future.

9. What's the difference between paying by credit/debit card and Echeck?
A: This is the note we get from paypal when a user pay with echeck. "This eCheck Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes 4 business days. If you are shipping an item, please do not ship your item until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account. You will be notified by email when the funds have cleared into your PayPal balance." So, to get instant activation, you will have to pay by credit/debit card. Otherwise, you will have to wait for 4 days to get your account activated.

10. The drama stops after 3/4 minutes and shows "ready" on the player. What should I do?
A: This is something to do with your caching. Please check the browser cache setting. Follow the image from the link below to set it properly. Free up some of your hard drive space if it's almost full(this is not the same as clearing browser cache). Click on the tools > Internet Options and then follow the instructions on the image. Try to use IE browser if you are currently using something else. Also please stop any kind of download/upload during watching the drama, to enjoy the high quality and uninterrupted stream. Please turn of all kind of downloading software: torrents, kazza, ftp client etc.

11. How to change to my password?
A: When you log in you should see a box named as "User Info" at the right side of the homepage. Inside that box there is a link - "Change Your Password". You will have to click the link & then change your password.

12. How to renew my subscription?
A: If your subscription is expired you should see a "Buy Subscription Now" link when you log in. If it's not expired, then log out & click on "join now" button. Then click on the 1st line where it says "If you have already an account". Then log in with your old user name & password.Then the rest should be easy to figure out.

13. How to get the full screen view?
A: There are two ways to go to full screen mode. Either double click on the video window after the video starts playing or clicking on the "Full Screen" button on the top right corner of the video player window. But you have to wait until the video starts playing.

14. I am logged in but when I try to watch a drama, LiveNatok is logging me out. What should I do?
A: You have to enable your cookie for our site. To do so, in IE , go to "tools" from an IE window. Then go to "Internet Options". Then "Privacy". Pull down the slider to "Medium"(Not Medium High) for the setting. If it's already in Medium, then click on advanced, click on "override automatic cookie handling" and also on "always allow session cookie".
